Enrolment Process

We cannot wait to welcome you into our Box Hill North Primary Kindergarten community!  Our enrolments are handled by the Whitehorse Preschool Association [WPSA].

Once your child has turned 2, your enrolment can be submitted through WPSA.

When can my child start 3-year-old kindergarten?

At Box Hill North, we want to ensure each child is provided with the strongest start to the educational journey.  Therefore, we strongly suggest that children turn 4 in their 3-year-old program. Please note that new regulations have stated that children cannot have a second year of 3-year-old kindergarten.

When can my child start 4-year-old kindergarten?

At Box Hill North, we want to ensure each child is provided with the strongest start to the educational journey. Therefore, we strongly suggest that children turn 5 in their 4-year-old program.  This ensure that all children are paired with peers of their own age, and the programs are developmentally appropriate for all.
